Get your occupational license, get your tax ID number or if you're an independent contractor with no workers then use your SS number, then open a checking account in the name of the company with you as the only signer and get some paper checks. Then inform the credit bureaus about your business and ask to open a record. Then go to some place like Staples and open a business/revolving type credit card under the business name with only you being the signer, and buy something for your business on credit (like accounting supplies, a mouse, anything small that you know you can repay easily).
No you dont have to live with it! Therapy is not just simple therapy, get someone that knows how to treat anxiety!
Bacterial infections are treated with meds, Disorders are treated with therapy.
Coginitve behaviorial therapy has proven to work more than 80% of the time! Also there are meds, SSRI’s have been proven to work also more than 80% of the time.
Just get help, its no way to live like this…

I don't see anything unethical there. After all, corporations worldwide have been donating part of their revenues to charities and making major PR claims around it. Nor do ethics tell us not to emulate good practices of others. It couldn't possibly be classified as "shady" if you let our customer direct the charity spend. Besides, your selection of charity outlet is different.
It would be a completely different thing if you copied your competitor's designs, text of the letter, charity selection, amounts to send, and all the details.
About this being a bad business practice – well, that's a number crunching problem and you have to figure that out.

Im going to live with it, I think i see treatment as pointless as its simply therapy.
There are no “drugs” or “medication” that they can offer.
